Since 2000, when Axcelis spun off from Ohio manufacturer Eaton Corporation, Mary G. Puma has been at its helm, as President, CEO, and, since 2005, Chairman of the Board. Ms. Puma is a graduate of the MIT Sloan School of Management, with a professional career that includes management positions at GE and Eaton Corp.

In his 25 years of experience, Joe Ippolito has held a number of senior executive sales and marketing positions calling on America’s leading corporations. Joe earned a BA from Middlebury College in Vermont and an MBA from Northeastern University in Boston. He sits on several advisory boards for corporate sales and marketing strategy and has been published in numerous publications, including the Boston Business Journal and Sales and Marketing Excellence.

Irene Sinteff is a certified Professional in Human Resources who integrates her interests in adult education and training, career coaching, and management development. She is a trainer with The Institute for Corporate Training and Technology at North Shore Community College, a senior trainer with Lee Hecht Harrison, and is on the faculty of Lore International Institute and Options Resources/Careers.

Smith has been promoting better behaviors since 1986, working with organizations, corporations, educational institutions, and individuals to increase their social savvy and confidence levels. Ms. Smith’s background in motivational psychology and human resources has served to reaffirm her belief that proper manners and etiquette are an essential part of functioning successfully in today’s world. Ms. Smith received her Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology from the University of Rochester and her Master’s Degree in Industrial and Labor Relations from Cornell University. She is a human resources professional and an avid advocate of etiquette.
