Workforce Training Fund Workshop
This workshop is designed for those who have a basic
understanding of the Workforce Training Fund.
Tracy, this program will explain the
requirements of the training grant application in detail and
will help you develop a competitive application for grant funding.

overview presentation of the Workforce Training Fund please contact
Elaine or Helene at 978-236-1200 to find out more information.
Intended Outcomes:
- Develop a competitive grant application, including recommended attachments to the application, and required supplementary documents.
- Draft an initial description of one training component of your training plan, including how it is aligned with business needs and demonstrates a return on investment for both the employer and its employees.
- Complete a typical training budget with the aid of a budget template and be able to adjust budget entries to achieve budget entries to achieve a satisfactory balance of grant funds requested and matching expenses.
