Dear Tracy,
North Shore Community College Public Policy Institute, in collaboration with North Shore United Way, is currently offering another series in its Building a Strong Future for Non-Profits training program.
The new series on Emotional Intelligence is offered in response to continuous requests from agencies struggling to support their staffs through training in management, leadership and supervisory skills.
Emotional Intelligence (EQ) is successfully being used in the business world as a tool to build staff expertise.
