I am humbled and honored to be recognized by Gateways. The amazing work of Gateways is much more than the efforts of one person. Gateways depends on many incredible people coming together to make our mission and vision a reality.  I would like to take just a minute to thank some of the people who work for Gateways and with Gateways:

• The dedicated, passionate, talented staff at Gateways- therapists and everyone behind the scenes

• Our generous donors, leaders, and volunteers

• The hard working and committed staff at our partner day schools

• The parents who trust us with their children

• Our students who inspire us and put a smile on our face

 

I wish there was more time to talk about each one of these special groups and individuals, they so deserve it, but this afternoon I will follow the wise advice of Franklin Roosevelt on speeches:

"Be sincere, be brief, be seated."

So with that - a heartfelt thank you and with deep appreciation to all of you.
