our customers.
We offer a per-hour rate as well as monthly contracts
that offer discounts. Contact our customer
service to request more information.
If you are currently an Excel Office Products I.T. customer
that is having computer problems, please contact customer service. They
will issue you a ticket number and send you an email with a
link in the email. When you click on the link it will
begin the connection process. A detail of that process
is listed below.
Below is what you will see on your screen when the connection
is being established:
The connection process
– Click the link above. (or
runs it from an email attachment that was sent to you by
an Excel Office Products technician).
- Select "Run" when
the file download dialog box appears.
The remote control connection is immediately established
with your technicial allowing them to see your desktop in a
window and control the remote mouse and keyboard on your system
in real-time, almost like being there in person, even if running
in Safe
Mode.
